Schedules and Re-Schedules for ESC U4 - U10 Teams

Schedules for the first 4 games will be released by Friday August 23rd, 2024

We will be releasing the rest of the schedule (final 4 Games) by Wednesday September 25th)

Play dates are

September 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th 

October 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th 

Rainout / Make Ups - November 9th and 16th 

If you need to reschedule a game, please contact the other team (there is a spreadsheet below with all of the Coaches names, emails and cell number) and agree on a new date and time (see below for days and times that you can re-schedule a game). Once you have agreed on a time and a date, please email me at gboreham@okenergyfc.org and cc the other Coach. Please include:

Once I have moved the game, I will email both coaches.  All re-schedules must be received at least 7 days prior to the original date and 7 days prior to the new date.

Times and Days available

U4 - U6 - Any day at any time

U7 - U8 - if you do not require refs then Any day at any time. If you want a ref then weeknights at 6.00 or Saturday’s at 9 / 10.30 / 12 / 1.30 / 3 or Sundays at 1 / 2.30 / 4

U9 - U10 - Wednesdays at 6 or 7.15 or Saturday’s at 9 / 10.30 / 12 / 1.30 / 3  or Sundays at 1 / 2.30 / 4

Re-schedules are granted based on field availability and on a first come first serve basis.

If you would like this schedule change to be seen on your Mojo app as well, include Tommy Hubbard (thubbard@okenergyfc.org) in the email, and he will update this for you.

Failure to comply with reschedule guidelines will result in a request denial

General

• All Requests must be submitted AT LEAST 1 week before the original scheduled date.  Requests received after the reschedule deadline, may be granted and will incur ref fees.
• For In House Recreational League - Rain-Out Mass Reschedules will be sent to each coach following a rainout
• For Travelling Recreational and Competitive Leagues - Teams must re-schedule games cancelled due to weather.
• NO SHOW games will not be rescheduled without payment of the NO-SHOW fee.
• Reschedule Days and Times
• 3v3 - Saturdays at 9 / 10:15 / 11:30 / 12:45 / 2:00 / 3.15 / or Sundays at 1 / 2.15 / 3.30 or Anytime Midweek
• 4v4 - Saturdays at 9/ 10.15/ 11.30 / 12.45 / 2 / 3.15 / 4.30 or Sundays at 1 or Anytime Midweek
• 7v7 - Saturdays at  9 / 10.15 / 11.30 / 12.45 / 2 / 3.15 / 4.30 or Sundays at 1 / 2.15 / 3.30 or Wednesdays at 6 / 7.15
• 9v9 - Saturdays at 9 / 11 / 1 / 3 / 5 or Sundays at 1 / 3 / 5  or Wednesdays at 6 / 7.30
• 11v11 - Saturdays at 9 / 11 / 1 / 3 / 5 or Sundays at 1 / 3 / 5 or Wednesdays at 6 / 7.30

Field space is limited and reschedules will be granted on a first come first serve basis

Reschedule Request Fee

• Unlimited Free Reschedules submitted before Aug 29th. After  Aug 29th please see below.
• 1 "Free" Reschedule Request per team per season (as long as it is submitted at least 7 days before the originally scheduled date and at least 7 days before the proposed new date)
• 1 "Free" Reschedule Request for Verifiable Tournament Participation (As long as it is submitted 7 days before scheduled date)
• 2nd Reschedule Request "considered" with paid $50 Reschedule Fee (after any "Free Requests")
• 3rd Reschedule Request "considered" with paid $100 Reschedule Fee
• NO SHOW games will not be rescheduled without payment of NO-SHOW fees
• NO-SHOW fees: U8 - $15; U10 - $20; U12 - $68; U14 - $70; U16 - $85; U19 - $115
• If fees are required, they must be received before the request is granted.

Field Usage Fees

Field usage fees are $100 plus $100 damage deposit. Field usage fees apply to games originally scheduled at a visiting team's field. Reschedules originally scheduled at ESC, but requested by visiting teams, are charged to the ESC team. If fees apply, you may ask your non-ESC opponent to share the reschedule fee. ESC CANNOT send referees to a visiting club and WILL NOT pay referees for rescheduled games played off campus.

Reschedule Procedure:

1.  Get with opposing coach and come up with a date/time that works for both of you.

    (If a reschedule date can not be agreed upon, the game will play as scheduled!!!)

2.  Email Gary Boreham at gboreham@okenergyfc.org with your request and CC opposing coach.  Gary will confirm if field space is available. 

     In the email submit:  Age division, game number, original play date, time and field, proposed rescheduled date and time, and reason for reschedule.

Notes

Requests do not guarantee a reschedule. Field and referee limitations may apply. Requests, if granted, will appear on the live schedule within a few days. "No-Reply" emails may be sent to inform you of problems with your request. You may be asked to change and resubmit your request. Failure to comply with reschedule guidelines will result in a request denial
