After Registration

What to expect after registration?

  • After registration, Age Group coordinators place players according to the following criteria: (age, gender, parent request, school district, neighborhood/zipcode, etc.)
  • Players will automatically be placed on their previous team unless otherwise requested by the parent/guardian.  If players register during late registration or are wait listed, they may loose their roster spot on their previous team.
  • Team requests are honored whenever possible provided the requested team has roster spots available.
  • Uniforms can be purchased at Soccer USA at 1279 W Danforth, Edmond, OK.  This is located across from the ESC Complex.  Click HERE for uniform requirements for ESC. PLEASE note that U4 and U5 players receive a complimentary t-shirt.  The coach will pick these up at the coaches meeting and distribute at their parent meeting.
  • Parents will be contacted by the Coach regarding practice, uniforms, and games after the Coaches Meeting.
  • The Spring season is scheduled to begin March 2, 2019.  Schedules will be posted on our website. Click HERE for schedules.
  • If you would like to coach your child's team, PLEASE contact your Age Group Coordinator and complete the Risk Management form that is required by OSA. Click HERE to find your Age Group Coordinator.
  • ALL ESC players (returning or new) are REQUIRED to upload a copy of their birth certificate.  PLEASE login to your Got Soccer account to upload this document.  It is a secured document and will be verified by the club registrar.
  • Most games are scheduled on Saturday and on some Sunday afternoons after 12pm.   If games are rained out or cancelled due to weather, the Club Scheduler will notify coaches of a make up day.

Birth Certificate Requirements

All players are required to upload a copy of their birth certificate in their player account.  Please login to your Got Soccer account and upload the document in your account under the "club documents" tab.  The attached PDF will show you how to upload the document in your Got Soccer account.  If you are having trouble or need help uploading the document please contact Keri Shipley, Club Registrar at

PLEASE NOTE: If your player does not have a birth certificate uploaded in their player account or have not provided the registrar with the document, the player will NOT be placed on a roster until the document has been verified by the club registrar.

If you are going to coach your child's team, THANK YOU!  Parent volunteers are what help make our club successful!  ALL coaches are required to attend the Coaches Meeting.

This is a MANDATORY MEETING and must be attended by the coach.  If the coach is unable to attend, please have the Assistant Coach or Team Parent attend the meeting.  Rosters will be distributed at this meeting and will not be given to the coach prior to this meeting.  This will be an informational meeting conducted by our General Manager and will also cover topics such as, reschedules, field usage, uniforms, rules, coaching curriculum, etc.

An important note...

Parent Behavior --

You are your child's most influential role model, so please exhibit good sportsmanship at all times. Cheer for all excellent play, even by the other team. Demonstrate respect for game officials and opposing coaches and parents. Please remember that recreational soccer is supposed to be FUN for the CHILDREN. Practice is for Practice, Game Day is for fun. Refrain from screaming instructions at your child during games. Your coach is there to provide technical advice. Please let them do their jobs. If you'd like to be a coach, let us know! Don't dissect your child's play after games. DO celebrate the FUN of playing on a soccer team.

Thank you for registering with ESC and good luck this season.
