On behalf of ESC, first, let me say that I hope this message finds you and your loved ones healthy and doing well as we are working through this trying time.
I have put together some training for this week that I encourage everyone to participate in. Siblings and parents can join in and do these to get some exercise in while the gyms are shut down. So go out and work out together. After doing the skills, play some 1v1 or 2v2 depending on your family size.

So, start practicing. I will be working on getting a leaderboard posted tomorrow on who can do the most Juggles and the most repetitions of a foot skills in a minute. Look for details tomorrow.
