Important Parking Information

PARKING AT BEAT THE HEAT
We only have a limited amount of Parking in the East Parking lot and anyone that Parks on the East side outside of the Parking lot (IE NOT IN our Complex gates) is likely to be towed.  This includes the local businesses and the local neighborhoods. Therefore, for the tournament, please do not Park anywhere that is outside of the complex gates, which is a private road and we are not allowed to Park on it. If the East side parking lot is full, then please use the main Parking lot on the west side of the complex and walk to your field. The East side parking lot should be used if you are playing on Fields 8 / 9 / 10 and overflow parking only.  We do have 185 additional overflow parking spots at Edmond Public Schools admin building that are located  on the North side of Danforth just west of Kelley. The address is 1001 West Danforth. There are 2 parking lots one on the North (in Front) and one on the South side (Behind) of the Edmond Public Schools Board of Education building. Please only use these 2 parking lots and not the Businesses around there. This parking lot is about a 5 minute walk from the complex. Cross over the lights at Kelley and walk to the East and enter the complex on the East side. Please use this and not the local businesses or Private Roads. The only parking on the East side of the complex will be inside the parking lot. (Outlined in blue) There will be no parking on the streets leading up to the ESC parking lot. Those roads are private, and the owner will have cars towed!!!!! ONLY PARK IN THE PARKING LOT NO PARKING ON ANY OF THE ROADS IN RED. PRIVATE PROPERTY!!  Thank you for your support and co-operation.

BEAT THE HEAT REFUND POLICY

To all Managers and Coaches,

For this year’s tournament we are asking all teams to purchase the tournament insurance that is available when you register. The cost of this insurance is 10% of the entry fee and must be purchased at the time of registration. If the tournament is cancelled before the tournament starts, then teams will receive a full refund from the insurance company.  If the tournament starts then gets cancelled then teams will receive a partial refund based on how many games they have played. 

In order to offset some of the cost of insurance coverage we are reducing the entry fee by about 5%. The cost for the tournament is:

7v7 - Was $600 but is $570 this year. Insurance is $57 so total is $627.

9v9 - Was $725 but is $685 this year. Insurance is $68.50 so total is $753.50.

11v11 - Was $825 but is $780 this year. Insurance is $78 so total is $858.

If a team chooses to not purchase the insurance then the tournament will not be issuing any refunds this year.

1.       Official Team Roster
2.       Medical Release Form (need NOT be notarized)
3.       Player Passes
4.       Guest Player Forms
5.       Permission to Travel for out of state teams

 Managers are encourage to also have a copy of Birth Certificates in case someone challlenges the age of one of your players
