The Turkey Shootout has become one of the finest Recreational Tournaments in the State of Oklahoma featuring competition for Recreational and Academy teams.

            U6                               $200.00

U6 will play a festival format with no semi’s or finals.  All players participating will receive awards.

NO GUEST PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED  IN THE TURKEY SHOOTOUT

TEAM CHECK IN REQUIRED PAPERWORK

• Medical Release form for all players on roster (no exceptions)
• Download US Youth Medical Release Form HERE

• Permission to travel for all teams outside of OSA

• Official  Roster stamped by State or Country Association

• Official Player passes (Traveling Rec Only)

• Copy of birth certificate for each player
