What is Early Registration? This year, we registered most players for spring at the end of the fall season 2013. Why? How much is Registration? Rec and Traveling Rec Registration is $95. The 4 year-old Teams4Tots League registration is only $55. Adult League registration is $80.

Multiple Player Discount The registration fee for the third and subsequent player in a family during any season is discounted by $35. A family MUST register using the FAMILY ACCOUNT on the public application form to obtain the discount options. .

Do I need a Birth Certificate? Where do I send it? If you are "new" to ESC or GotSoccer, you must send a copy of your player's birth certificate to the Registrar, Pat Morgan [Pat Morgan; ESC c/o Pat Morgan, PO Box 955, Edmond, OK 73083]. After your player's correct age is verified, the copy is destroyed.

On what team will I be placed? Players automatically return to their previous team if registered before the late period. ESC coordinators will group players by neighborhood or school district whenever possible. Team requests are considered, but not guaranteed. Players should list team requests in the registration form at the "Notes" section." A follow-up email to the club coordinator can also help.

What if I'm registering a complete team? Each player should register online and include in the "Notes" section of the registration form the name of the team, or the coach's name for the group to which they belong. A simple note sent to the Age Group Coordinator will also help team formation.

What shall I do if I want to change teams? Requests should be sent in writing to the Age Group Coordinator for consideration. Coordinators must follow approved team-formation guidelines for team changes. There are no guarantees that all requests can be honored.

Can I register for Rec and Academy in the same season? Yes. A player can register for both programs. Fees are required for both programs. See attached 'Dual Registration' policy for club guidelines. Dual Registration Guidelines

What are the Rec play dates for Spring 2014?

Game Dates - Weekends of: March - May TBD.... If we schedule Sunday games this season, all games begin after 12pm.

I need a Registration Form. Where is the form? ~Click here

When does the season start? The U4-U10 Rec divisions begin in early March; TBD. The Traveling Rec will kick off near the same date.

When are the games played? Games are scheduled on Saturday and on occasional Sundays after 12pm. Reschedules are played on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and some weekend dates. Rainouts are managed on a case basis.

In which age group is my child? Brackets are determined by birthdays, not school grades. In other words, children are grouped by their ages as of July 31, not whether they are in first or second grade. This means that children in the same class at school could be in different age groups for soccer. When you register, the system recognizes your player's birthdate and places them in the correct age group. Players return to their previous team by default.

Is additional training for players available through ESC? ESC's Center of Excellence is designed to enhance the skills of the individual player. Children have the opportunity to work with coaches who are highly qualified in teaching the skills necessary to excel in soccer. The COE consists of eight one-hour practice sessions held at the Edmond complex during the recreational seasons. The COE is open to all recreational players regardless of ability. Information forms are available at registration and on the Center Of Excellence page on this site.

How do I apply for a scholarship? The Scholarship Program was developed to provide players and their families the opportunity to receive a scholarship from the club during times of financial difficulty. The program provides scholarship funds to help offset part of recreational registration fees, competitive registration fees, competitive training fees, and uniforms. This does not include any team fees, goalkeeper fees, tournament fees, or travel related costs. The scholarship funds are to be used solely for payment of the fees listed. Scholarships are based on need and availability of funds. ESC cannot function without the help of many volunteers. Scholarship recipients will be expected to volunteer a minimum of six hours during the soccer year. You may work your hours at any ESC hosted tournament. You will receive an email prior to each tournament requesting your assistance and allowing you to choose a time that fits your schedule.

Please send your scholarship request and registration form to the club Registrar, in writing: Pat Morgan c/o ESC, PO Box 955 Edmond, OK 73083. Click Here for a registration form.
