Do I need a Birth Certificate? Where do I send it? If you are "new" to ESC or GotSoccer, you must send a copy of your player's birth certificate to the Registrar, Pat Morgan [Pat Morgan 2512 Stonehenge Dr. Edmond, OK 73034]

On what team will I be placed? Players automatically return to their previous team if registered before the late period. ESC coordinators will group players by neighborhood or school district whenever possible.

How much is Registration? $75 during the "Open" Registration period. A $20 late fee is added after January 23. The 4 year-old league registration is $40 with no late fee added throughout the entire registration period.

Multiple Player Discount The registration fee for the third and subsequent player in a family during any season is discounted by $35. To receive the discount, you must register all players during the same online session.

When does the season start? The U4 League will begin on March 10. The U5-U19 Leagues will begin February 25. Each League plays 8 season games.

When are the games played? Games are scheduled on Saturday and on occasional Sundays after 1pm. Reschedules are played on Monday or Wednesday evenings. Rainouts are managed on a case basis.

In which age group is my child? Brackets are determined by birthdays, not school grades. In other words, children are grouped by their ages as of July 31, not whether they are in first or second grade. This means that children in the same class at school could be in different age groups for soccer. When you register, the system recognizes your player's birthdate and places them in the correct age group. Players return to their previous team by default.

What uniform does my player wear? New U4/U5/U6 players are provided a T-Shirt by the club free and delivered at the Coaches Meeting. Shorts, socks, and required shin guards are available at Soccer USA. U7-U10 players must purchase the approved ESC Nike Club Uniform at Soccer USA. The official approved ESC Uniform consists of a Black/White Jersey set, Black shorts and Black socks.Teams that have previously purchased a colored jersey in this group should wear the approved Black/White jersey if they have them, but they are not required to purchase new jerseys if they do not have the approved jerseys.
