A Final Word...

Refereeing can be seen as a skill and for some, a profession.  For those who wish to advance, there are assessors and assignors willing to help you develop your ability and advance up the ranks.  It has been proven that the more games you do, the more your confidence improves and games will seem easier. One thing to remember is that we all have a bad game from time to time so don't despair. Remember that if you have any questions, contact your local Area Referee.
